Battle for Lake Ontario Privacy
Your campaign stays on your device.
This page describes how Battle for Lake Ontario handles game progress, advertising, purchases and device data.
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Your campaign progress, saved games, battle state, scores, fleet choices and audio settings are stored locally in the app’s private storage on your iPhone or iPad. Battle for Lake Ontario does not operate a player-account or gameplay-data server.
1. No game account or Element Code Forge server
The app does not require a game account or online profile. Your locally stored campaign and gameplay information is not transmitted to Element Code Forge. We do not sell that information.
2. Information stored on your device
Battle for Lake Ontario stores the information needed to continue and configure the game. This can include campaign progress, saved campaigns, active battle and fleet loadout state, scores, music volume and sound-effects volume.
3. Device permissions
The app does not request access to your precise location, contacts, camera, photo library or microphone.
4. Advertising and consent choices
Battle for Lake Ontario uses Google AdMob to display interstitial and rewarded advertisements to eligible players. The app requests non-personalized ads and disables Google’s publisher first-party identifier. It does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission and does not send the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA).
Google’s advertising and consent software may process an IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers, advertising data, interactions with the app or ads, crash data, performance data and other diagnostics. These data may be used to deliver ads, limit repetition, prevent fraud, measure aggregate performance and maintain the advertising service. Non-personalized ads can still use limited identifiers for functions such as frequency capping and aggregate reporting.
Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform presents regional consent or opt-out choices before ads are requested. When applicable, those choices can be reviewed again from Game Options → Advertising Privacy Choices. Google handles this information under the Google Privacy Policy.
We require service providers that process personal information for the app to use it only for the disclosed purposes and to protect it with safeguards that provide the same or an equivalent level of protection described in this policy and required by applicable law. We do not authorize those providers to use the information for unrelated purposes.
5. In-app purchases
Optional Admiral Edition upgrades are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment credentials and billing. The app receives verified purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock the purchased benefits, but Element Code Forge does not receive your payment-card details and does not operate its own purchase server. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
6. Backups and deletion
Depending on your device and iCloud settings, Apple’s device backups may include the app’s local data under Apple’s own policies and controls. Battle for Lake Ontario does not currently operate its own cloud-sync service.
Deleting the app removes its locally stored game data from that device, although a device backup created by Apple may remain until you manage or delete that backup. Saved campaigns can also be managed inside the app.
7. Children’s privacy
Battle for Lake Ontario is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect children’s gameplay or account information. Advertising is subject to the consent choices and protections described above.
8. Changes to this privacy information
We may update this page when the app, its services or applicable legal requirements change. When we do, the “Last updated” date will be revised.
